How is the pricing calculated?

The pricing varies greatly depending on the type of service. Our automotive prices are all flat rates so you know exactly what you’re paying for and there’s no hidden fees! However, our residential, emergency, and business services have a range to the pricing that depends on the job. But, be assured we offer the best prices in the locksmith industry. Does Keyzoo guarantee the service will be completed?

Yes, we offer a money back guarantee that our expert technicians will successfully complete the job as long as it’s not a mechanical issue! So, you never have to worry with us.

How can I cancel or edit an order?

You can cancel or edit an order at any time by going to our check my order page. Note that there is a $29.00 Cancelation Fee if you cancel within 24 Hours.

What are Keyzoo’s kiosks used for?

Our Kiosks are used to order and pickup car keys. After you order a car key, you just have to wait until it’s ready and we send you an email! Because of how our Kiosks work for efficiency we’re able to get you the best & flat prices.

Where are your kiosks located?

Visit our location page and you can find the closest Kiosk next to you. Once you get to a kiosk you can order/pickup your car Keys!

How do I check if my car will be compatible with the Kiosk?

We offer a way to check compatibility right on our website. Make sure your car is compatible, because there are thousands of different cars out there!

Our locksmiths have experience and are licensed to work in your area. All our locksmiths go over a vetting process to ensure they’re the best at what they do.

Do Keyzoo’s services have a warranty?

For services where we provide you with a lock or key, you will get a 3 month warranty. This warranty covers Our lock or key warranty ensures that if your lock or key stops working due to manufacturer defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Simply contact us and we'll take care of the rest.
